This was a very clean, modern hotel situated in central Newcastle, very close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping and about a 12–15 minute walk from Newcastle University. We were dropping our daughter off at the university and this hotel fit the bill. I would definitely recommend it to others and would stay here again when back in Newcastle.

Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. Security deposit usually scares me from booking with places as i have been scammed before but rest assured there is no scamming here, with the host very kind when spoke on the phone.

So so stay in hottest week of year. Room size good but design of room let it down. Restaurant not opened on Monday/Tuesday evening ( in a 4star hotel!) and bar in hotel disappointing. could not get room to a comfortable temp during whole stay, whatever we tried, and fan in room was completely useless.
